Is it possible that a mixture of concrete using natural gravel as a coarse aggregate is capable of producing concrete with compressive strength equivalent to a concrete mixture using crushed stone? To obtain information on this, a series of tests on concrete mixes with crude aggregates of Kalitelu Crusher, Gondang, Tulungagung and natural stone (river gravel) from the Brantas River, Ngujang, Tulungagung in the Materials Testing Laboratory Tugu Dam Construction Project, Kab. Moreover, today people have found High-Performance Concrete which, when viewed from the rough aggregate consisted mostly of broken stone, although the fine grain material still used natural sand. The use of natural gravel (rivers) as concrete mixtures is rarely encountered after days of demands for a higher strength of concrete. Based on data processing of laboratory test results obtained from this study, the optimum value of the combination of 21% has a compressive strength of 17.1 MPa, permeability 0.5 cm/sec, and 23% porosity.
The research methodology used refers to ACI 522.1-08, ACI 522R-10, ASTM C33-78. This paper aims to obtain the most optimal mixture of standard design strengths using coconut fibers and coconut shell as a coarse aggregate with a ratio of 10%, 20%, 30%, 50%, 100% and the parameters used in this study are a compressive strength, permeability, and porosity resulting from the test object. The use of natural materials for pavement construction is a must in supporting the achievement of green roads. The condition of parking area infrastructure which in the rainy season occurred water puddles which is a common problem that arises this is due to high rainfall is also not able to absorb rainwater runoff into the soil. The pavement in the parking area is usually concrete paving with class B quality with a flat surface appearance, no cracks, and defects, minimum thickness of 60 mm with a tolerance of ± 8%.

Related to Cost Performance : coefficient of determination or R square = 0.481, the influencing variable is the acceleration of implementation (x1), with Y3 = -0.741 + 0.958.x1. Related to Time Performance : coefficient of determination or R square = 0.537, the variable that influences is monitoring time schedule (x1), with Y2 = 2,166 + 0,415.x1. For Quality Performance is shown : coefficient of determination or R square = 0,876, influencing variable is implementation aspect (x1), and aspects of human resources (x2), with Y1 = 0,285 + 0,148.x1 + 0,071.x2. The result of this research is very positive influence of Concrete Quality Control factors and the role of project related party influence to the achievement of Construction Project Performance, that is proved by stepwise regression test and hypothesis test, where Quality Performance (Fi = 21,758 > Ft = 2,060), Time Performance (Fi = 14,950 > Ft = 4,496), Cost Performance (Fi = 15,379 > Ft = 4,496). For data analysis (data processing) that is qualitative data and quantitative data, researchers use help the method of Stepwise Regression.
That is related to the quality control of concrete in the implementation of construction work and studies that focus on the assessment of achievement of construction project performance. With the above background, the researcher conducted the observation with the core study on ”The Role of Related Party Project on Quality Control (Concrete Structure) and Project Performance Achievement”. Activity related to structural concrete work is still often found the opportunity of quality deviation from implementation factor and supervision factor, especially if the requirement of the concrete volume of structure every day is big enough.
